Coronavirus Statement and Update

Farnham Beerex Statement - Updated Friday 18th February 2021.

It is with great disappointment that we had to announce that BEEREX 2021 will still not be able to go ahead as planned during April 2021. This decision was taken for the safety of all involved in the light of the current situation and the anticipated issues of supply and staffing, to name but two, even if the high levels of restriction have been relaxed in 2021.

We hope that in these difficult times we offer you a ray of hope and ask for your help towards a smooth continuation next year. As previously announced:

Current tickets issued for Beerex 2020 WILL BE VALID for Beerex 2022 to be held on April 7th - 9th 2022.

Please hold onto your tickets, your ticket will be valid for the same session next year AND as already announced will entitle you to your first drink ‘on the house’ to celebrate the new normal. This is a token of our appreciation for you holding on to your ticket and ensuring we can and will weather this storm.

Other than the Thursday session, every other session was sold out or even oversubscribed and overall there have been very few refunds requested and issued in all three refund windows so your best chance of securing your tickets for Beerex 2022 is to hold onto those that you already have as any that are available will be put on general sale in the run up to Xmas 2021. Holding your ticket guarantees your entry to our next event and at the £12 ticket price which will almost undoubtably have to rise for new sales at the end of this year.

If you cannot use all or some of the tickets that you have purchased then the refund window is unfortuneatley now closed and you are free to try to pass them on to others that would I am sure be grateful for the offer. You are of course able to donate the tickets/funds to charity. For more details on this please email enquiries@farnhambeerex.org.uk

If you have any queries please see the updated Q&A on this website or mail enquiries@farnhambeerex.org.uk

The directors, organising committee and I all remain committed to make 2022 one of the best Beerex events ever. You can really help by continuing your support and holding onto your tickets. We have some catching up to do and I look forward to raising a glass to you all!

On behalf of my fellow directors and the entire Beerex committee we hope to see you all in April 2022, and in the meantime please 'Stay Safe.'
